You must be at least 18 years of age to be able to buy anything from this website.
Please ensure, that the products you are purchasing are suitable for your or the intended recipent’s level of experience as a user of electronic cigarettes.
Inexperienced users should not purchase certain devices beyond their level of knowledge. This most significantly applies to new users purchasing high-powered sub-Ohm devices rated at the most extreme level of vaping. Appropriate experience, knowledge and safe use and handling of certain devices is essential.
We hold no responsibility and take no liability for the misuse of products.
Unwanted Goods – Hardware
Unwanted Hardware can be returned to us for a full refund within 14 days of delivery or purchase instore, as long as, the product is in its original unopened packaging. For goods bought online we will accept returns that have been opened as long, as they are unused, and all the packaging and accessories are returned. For goods bought instore you must provide your proof of purchase. Without this we will be unable to assist you. Goods purchased online must be sent back at your own expense. Please contact us via the website so that we may authorised the return.
E-Liquid & Drip Tips
We are unable to accept the return of e-liquids or drip tips that have been opened or used in anyway on the grounds of health & safety as well as for hygiene reasons.
Goods – Hardware
All Mods come with a 60day, guarantee. We don’t cover faults caused by incorrect assembly, neglect, misuse or wear & tear. If a product has been damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or claim.
If your Mod becomes faulty with 60 days of purchase or delivery, then please contact via the website. Please provide us with your name, postcode and order number together with details of the problem. We may telephone you to do some trouble shooting. If we cannot help you remotely, we will authorise your mod for a return. You must return it in its original packaging, for a full inspection and testing of the product. Once tested, if the product is deemed to be defective, we will contact you either regarding replacement or refund.
Atomizers (coils) are a working part of your device and have a limited life span. We will accept dead on arrival returns if reported with 48hrs of sale or delivery. Please note you should soak a new coil for at least 15mins before vaping.
Damaged Products – Hardware
If you unpack a product and find it damaged, please contact us immediately or at least within 48 hours of sale or delivery.
We will be unable to consider your claim outside the 48 hour, timescale.
Delivery & Dispatch Policy
We deliver to all area of the UK. We always endeavour to use couriers that provide value for money, reliability & efficiency. We will continue to monitor this on your behalf.
Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 3pm (Monday – Friday) are dispatched the same day subject to stock availability, security and payments checks. Please ensure the telephone number you provide is correct as we will use this to contact you if there is a problem with your order. Your order will be held if a PayPal Review has been invoked until the payment has cleared.
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday are dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
All our delivery partners provide full tracking information and estimated delivery windows.
Click & Collect – Free
Order by 3pm (Mon -Fri) and collect your parcel from our store in Washington Tyne & Wear. Orders made outside this time will only be available to collect the following working day (Monday/Friday) by 10.30am. Please bring proof of purchase or ID with you.
DPD – Download the DPD app, and if your not going to be home you can have your parcel left in a safe place or delivered to your neighbour. They will also give you a 1 hour, delivery slot.
- DPD Next Day Service (Mon – Fri delivery) – £5.00
Next Day Delivery (98% of packages arrive next day) and are fully tracked. This service is for UK mainland addresses only. For some remote locations we may change the delivery method to Royal Mail Tracked Services. Please note this is not guaranteed next day.
- DPD Weekend Delivery – £7.50
Order before 3pm on Friday to get your parcel via DPD at the weekend. (Most Orders are delivered on Saturday). This service is also for UK mainland addresses only.
- DPD Local Collect
Choose your local DPD pick up location and collect your parcel at your own convenience.
Royal Mail – You’ll get a 4hr estimated delivery window. Not going to be in then you’ll have the option to have your parcel delivered to a local Post Office.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24
Royal Mail deliver 96% of these tracked parcels to the UK Mainland next day. Please note this is not guaranteed service.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48
Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days.
- Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day – £9.00
Parcels are guaranteed the next working day. This service is tracked, and a signature is required on delivery.
Weight & Size
If your parcel exceeds weight or size limits imposed on us by your chosen courier service, we reserve the right to send your parcel via an alternative service at no extra charge.
Except for Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Working Day we are not able to chase up parcels until the 5th working day after your parcel has been dispatched by us. Please ensure you check your tracking information before you contact us and allow extra time during adverse weather conditions around the country or during busy seasonal times.
The personal data we collect about you and how it’s collected.
We collect data from you automatically when you visit out site. This includes information about your browser & IP address. We use Google Analytics to monitor trends and identify your patterns of usage.
We collect personal identifiable data directly from you when you attempt to place or place an order.
We also collect data from you when you sign up to our newsletter for marketing purposes.
When you attempt to make a payment, all financial details are processed via PayPal or WorldPay. We never have access to your financial details and they are never stored on our site.

We only use the information collected from our site for legitimate business purposes.
We use the information automatically collected from our site to identify trends so that we can aim to improve your future shopping experience.
We use your personal information to full-fill your orders, arrange shipping and to communicate with you regarding any queries with your order.
Storing & Protecting your data.
The information collected on our website is stored on a secure third party sever in the UK.
We have taken appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised manner. We limit access to your data to a need to know basis only.
You acknowledge that that internet is not a completely secure medium for communication, and we cannot guarantee the security of any information sent to us or we send to you via the internet. We are therefore not responsible for any damages which you or others may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information.
Any paper records of your orders are stored in a secure office environment.
We will retain any electronic information on our website until you ask us to delete it. Paper records of orders will be kept for a minimum of 7 years for accounting purposes. After this time, they will be destroyed.
Sharing your data (Third Parties)
We will only share your data where it is necessary to perform legitimate business functions. We will never sell information to a third party
We will share your data with essential service providers such as our web hosts, payment gateway providers, couriers, email marketing providers, accountants, lawyers, insurers & law enforcement if necessary. Each of these third parties will have their own privacy policies.

You may opt out of receiving marketing materials from us at anytime by using the unsubscribe button on the bottom of emails or you can contact us.

NO FEE REQUIRED
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
WHAT WE MAY NEED FROM YOU
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
TIME LIMIT TO RESPOND
