The most common cause of being locked out of the site is because of too many failed login attempts.

Our site security prevents brute force login bots by limiting the number of failed login attempts before it locks that user from logging in for a period of one hour. You are allowed 6 attempts to login before the system will lock you out.

So, if you’ve been locked out, you will be able to try again in an hour.

Our support team is very busy, so it is unlikely anyone on the team would see a request to manually unblock a user within the one hour lockout time, so the best thing to do is usually to wait it out and try again once the lockout is automatically lifted.

If you can’t remember your login details, it’s best to simply use the ‘forgot password’ option and do a password reset.
