Returns Policy for all Defective Goods
If your product is defective you must inform us within 48 hours of reciept of the item. Claims will not be accepted after this time period. Please do not send goods back until we have authorised your return as we may need more information for you.
Once authorised the product must be sent back to Washington Vapes in the original packaging and we will then test and inspect the product. If the product is proved to be defective we will either replace the Item or offer you a refund and return your postage. We will inspect for damage caused by misuse or accidential damage. If the product is not deemed to be defective you will be liable for the postage costs to return the product back to yourself.
Please ensure that you have read the instruction leaflet carefully before returning an appliance.
Atomisers (also known as replacement coils or heads) are a working part of your electronic cigarette and have a limited lifespan. We will accept (dead on sale) atomiser returns only within 48 hrs of arrival . We require time to inspect it and if we deem it to be defective we will replace it or issue a refund.
Please note that you should soak the coil for at least 15 mins before vaping.
E-Liquid is a consumable product and cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased.
Returns Policy for Unwanted Goods
If you have goods that are unwanted you may send them back to us at your own expense within 7 days of purchase. Goods should be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. The goods must be returned unused & sealed in their original packaging as they cannot be returned opened for hygiene reasons unless defective .
In case of any dispute the decision of Washington Vapes is final.
